1501a Stropharia Cubensis Magic Mushroom Growing Kit Instructions
The Cubensis magic mushroom grow kit (1501) needs a stable temperature between 22 and 25 Celsius and a humid climate. If you have any other means of accomplishing this, then you will also have success. We have tested our kits and compared them to all others that we know of and found them superior to all!
Place a clean aquarium (or other transparent and waterproof container) so that does not catch direct sunlight. Place the magic mushroom grow kit (or multiple kits) on top of a well-cleaned brick or other kind of plateau. Fill the aquarium / container with 10 centimeters (4 inches) of clean, preferably sterilized water, not higher than the plateau. (Not needed in climates with very high humidity (90%)) Place a thermometer equipped water heater in the water and make sure it's completely under water. Set the temperature at 25 degrees Celsius. (Not needed in warm climates) Make sure that the aquarium, heater and brick are very clean. Clean everything with boiled, hot water, especially if you have used it for this purpose before. A stable temperature is crucial. So avoid places near doors, open windows, heaters, AC's and so one. Make sure no water can go in the grow kit and remove the plastic lit. Lie the lit on top of the kit, so that it can easily ventilate. Close the lit of the aquarium, except for a few centimeters. Important: the shrooms need their fresh oxygen to. Lack of oxygen will cause infections. Take the lit of the kit as soon as the white mycelium has grown through the surface of the kit. Check if you need to spray the kit with water.
Reap the mushrooms just before they open their caps. Twitch, dont pull them out. Spray the kit after you have reaped, and place it back in the aquarium or container. Try adding some dextrose to the spraying water.
You can reap three times if you do it well.

Gulf Coast cubensis generally means it is a wild growing strain of Psilocybe cubensis that grows along ocean bordering states such as Texas, Alabama, Florida, Georgia etc. Spores from one state can easily travel to the next through birds, farm animals, hurricanes etc. They adapt along the coastal states to the new growing conditions and take up habitat near the warm humid ocean inlands. From what I hear.. most people are very satisfied with these GC strains because they are fast colonizers and produce some above average potency. This GC strain does not seem as stubborn as some of the GC strains we have seen in the past. It fruits very easily in a range of temperature conditions from 60F to 90F. 1541a Growing magic mushrooms with spawnbags: instructions
How to use the magic mushroom spawnbags (see: 1541, 1542, 1543) ?
The magic mushroom spawnbags contain sterile hardwoodchips with mushroom mycelium.
(1) Find a good place in your garden, in the woods or a forest near you, a park or somewhere else. The place should be in the shade and nobody should interfere with your little guerilla garden.
(2) Buy a large bag with wooden chips from your garden shop.
(3) Soak the wooden chips in water and let dry a bit.
(4) Carefully mix the chips from the spawnbag with the purchased wooden chips (inoculate).
(5) In the ideal place (see 1) you make a bed of about 60 to 60 cm and about 15 cm deep
(6) Fill the bed with the inoculated wooden chips.
Remarks
The larger the bed of woodchips that you have available outdoors is, the better. The spawn can be multiplied by taking a handful of chips from your outdoor-patch to start new ones. The outdoor beds should be about 10-15 cm deep to provide good growth of the mycelium. Leaves and twigs can be placed on top to prevent that the spawn chips become to dry. In summer or dry periods you can water 1-2 times a day (do not drown!!). The mushrooms should appear in late autumn when temperature drops below 10°C. Harvests will expand every year.

1576a Specifications of the Spore Syringes
The spore syringes are super concentrated in order to enhance the degree of successful spawn production for the beginner cultivator. Each syringe comes with the growth parameters and substrate preparations required for that particular species. General: This mushroom grows to a medium or large size and has a golden to reddish brown cap that becomes convex to flat with age. The cap is usually covered with scattered, cottony scales which disappear with age. There is the presence of a partial veil, which is membranous; leaving remnants on the upper regions of the stern upon opening of the cap. The stern is thick and white in color and is usually powdered above the area where the partial veil ruptures and is bulbous and cottony at the base.
Natural habitat:: Cubensis is found in horse and cow pastures, amongst manure enriched soil. The species of Cubensis occur naturally throughout tropical and subtropical zones around the world and is especially common around the Gulf Coast and southern United States and eastern Mexico.

Storage and usage of syringe: This product is best stored in a cool location and away form sources of heat. Likewise, do not freeze the contents of the syringe. The contents of this syringe will remain viable for several months under desirable conditions. However, it should be utilized as soon as possible for best results.

How to use the mescaline cactus grow Kits?
Instructions
(1) Empty the container of all its contents and make sure that all components of the kit are accounted for and in good condition (10 seeds, cactus sail, drainage gravel, cover sand).
(2) Take the container (or some other container of choice) and place the drainage gravel in the bottom of the container.
(3) Fill the container with the cactus soil mixture and gently push the soil down (but not too much).
(4) Take your seeds and distribute them evenly over the surface of the cactus soil mix. Do not push them into the soil.. The seeds are delicate and will crush if mishandled.
(5) Sift a thin layer of cover sand over the seeds to a depth of 1-2 mm. Loosely cover container with lid.
(6) Moisten the top of the kit with 25-50 ml of water.
(7) Place the box in an area that receives diffused sunlight and maintains a steady temperature of around 25 degrees C (77 F). Placing the kit in direct sunlight could potentially damage the new cacti that appear. Top water the cactus kit when soil feels dry to the touch (be careful not to disturb areas where seeds are present). Place the kit back in its place. Keep the humidity high by keeping the kit lid loosely on fungicide to discourage contamination but stop after the first few months. Once the cacti have grown to about ½ ca high, completely remove the kit lid and move to an area that receives partial sunlight. Then, after 4 months, a fertilizer low in nitrogen may be used and sunlight may be gradually increased to full exposure in about one year. Turn the kit once in a while so that all cacti receive equal intervals of sunlight.

1405a Instructions for growing peyote and other mescaline cacti from seeds
How to grow a peyote or an other kind of mescaline cactus from the seeds in this section (1400) ?
Soil mixture: 33% sand, 33% coco soil, 33% loam or leaf mold and 1% calcium. The soil mix must be sterilized and free of disease micro-organism and the sand should be of inconsistent granules. The PH range is 6.5-7.2 (high in calcium and low in nitrogen) Scatter the seeds on the soil surface.
Growing temperature: general range 70-90 F (20-30C) optimal finite range 72-75 F (23 C), with an overnight low of no less than 65F. During germination period the grow area must be covered with a shading mediumto create 50% of direct sunlight intensity with humidity near 100%.
Watering: bottom and/or top feeding fertilization: half a dose of 7-40-6 fertilizer, about 45 days after planting. Fast growers can consume lots of water. Don't give slow growers to much water. Germination time is 7-21 days. Move to direct sunlight at half a cm (1/4 inch). If the cactus turns yellow give them more light; if it turns red give it less light.

"With ordinary consciousness you can't even begin to know what's happening." Psilocybin is the active hallucinogenic compound in certain species of mushrooms that have been used for millennia in the central Mexican highlands. There are many species which are psychedelic, but the most popular are: Psilocybin Cubensis, Paneolus Cyanenscens, and Liberty Caps.
The effects of these magic mushrooms are greatly affected by dose and an individual's sensitivity to psilocybin. For some rare people 1/4 gram of Psilocybe Cubensis (a very small amount) is enough to propel them into full visionary states, with Open Eye Visuals, unpleasant stomach cramps or gas, and other High-Dose effects, while for others the same amount would be barely (if at all) noticeable, possibly causing a slight cold feeling during the first hour and other "Threshold" effects. It is therefore important to get to know your individual reaction to small amounts of all entheogens. Be safe. High Dose Effects : (3.5 - 7 grams dry Cubensis)
All of the Medium Effects, usually with a significantly more uncomfortable Coming Up, more pronounced nausea sometimes (rarely) resulting in vomiting, sometimes significant mental discomfort associated with feelings of fear and often times accompanying a "what have I done to myself" or "how far am I going" thought, the unpleasant Coming Up effects usually lessen with familiarity and more knowledge about the safety and character of mushroom effects. High Dose Effects are usually characterized by the closed eye visualizations being significantly more elaborate and enfolding, religious revelation, spiritual awakening, near death experiences, loss of self, talking to seemingly external, autonomous entities, extreme emotional responses, repressed memories coming to life, latent psychological crises can come to the surface, intense feelings of wonder, connection, joy, fear. High Dose Effects can also include extreme time dilation, with experiences of wall-clock minutes taking an experientially large amount of time, watching clocks or digital counters where the seconds seem to take minutes to count off. One of the most interesting effects is the feeling of awakening for the first time ever from a previous state of sleep, of liberation from what is now seen as a life-long state of bondage. Paradoxically, it is this new awareness, which feels normal and natural, and the previous fog, which is seen to have been unreal all along. The bemushroomed seeker is convinced that, once gained, this awareness is impossible to lose, but inexplicably by the next day it is just a memory.

Peyote has a long history of use as a medicine and sacrament. Prehistoric trade in and knowledge of the sacred cactus was apparently well established prior to the European conquest of Mexico. At that time, Spanish Inquisitors declared its use to be a punishable crime against god. Ironically, native peyotists, relying on the humble cactus for divine guidance and inspiration, became targets of often ruthless evangelism.
As in the case of Teonanacatl, the sacred mushrooms of Meso America, the fact that the peyote religion continues to exist despite centuries of persecution is a testament to its importance in the spiritual lives of many.
Peyote (Lophophora Williamsii) is a small (less than 12 cm in diameter), round cactus with fuzzy tufts instead of spines. It rarely rises more than an inch or so above the soil surface. The largest part of the cactus is actually underground in the long, carrot-like root. The above ground portion is the "button" which is cut and consumed either fresh or dried. Usually, anywhere from four, to a dozen buttons, are eaten or made into tea. Myths concerning the presence of strychnine in the flesh or fuzz of are often circulated in the common lore, but this substance is completely absent from peyote.
Peyote is something of an alkaloid factory, producing mescaline and upwards of 50 chemically related compounds. The effects experienced after consuming this unique medicine range from a feeling of physical energy and well being when taken in small amounts (though this is often preceded by a brief period of lethargy), to actual visionary experience when larger quantities are consumed. Often, individuals may experience stomach discomfort or nausea during the first few hours though this is not always the case. Noticeable psychic effects usually last 10 hours or so after they begin. Experienced peyotists recognize and welcome the feeling of the medicine working with them as a spiritual and physical blessing. The positive, life enhancing benefits of the peyote medicine are probably as diverse as the many people who have found it to play an extremely important role in their lives.

The San Pedro cactus has gained considerable fame in the past five years after numerous reports that it is hallucinogenic, Contains mescaline, and is readily available from cactus nurseries. This plant known botanically as Trichocereus Pachanoi, is native to the Andes of Peru and Equador. Unlike the small peyote cactus, San Pedro is large and multi-branched. In it's natural environment, it often grows to heights of 10 or 15 feet. It's mescaline content is less than that of peyote (0.3 - 1.2 percent), but because of it's great size and rapid growth, it may provide a more economical source of mescaline than peyote. One plant may easily yield several pounds of pure mescaline upon extraction.
San Pedro also contains tyramine, hordenine, 3-methoxytyramine, anhalaninine, anhalonidine, 3,4-dimethoxyphenethylamine, 3,4-dimethoxy-4-hydroxy-B-phenethylamine, and 3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxy-B-phenethylamine. Some of these are known sympathomimetics. Others have no apparent effects when ingested by themselves. It is possible, however, that in combination with the mescaline and other active compounds they may have a synergistic influence upon one another and subtly alter the qualitative aspects of the experience.
The effects of San Pedro are in many ways more pleasant than those of peyote. To begin with, it's taste is only slightly bitter and the initial nausea is not as likely to occur. When the full psychotropic experience takes hold it is less overwhelming, more tranquil and not nearly as physical as that from peyote.
Preparation: San Pedro may be eaten fresh or dried and taken in any of the manners described for peyote. Cuttings of San Pedro sold in the USA are usually about three feet long by four inches diameter. A piece 4-8 inches long will usually bring about the desired effect. The skin and spines must be removed. The skin should not be thrown away, however. The green tissue close to the skin contains a high concentration of mescaline. Some people chew the skin until all the juices are extracted. If you don't what to do this, the skins can be boiled in water for several hours to make a potent tea. The woody core of the cactus cannot be eaten. One can eat around it like a corn cob. The core does not have much alkaloid content, but can be mashed and boiled as a tea for what little is there.
Note on Trichocereus Peruvianus.
The Trichocereus Peruvianus is more potent than San Pedro. A typical dose (equivalent to 200-400 milligram of mescaline) requires about 300-500 grams of fresh plant material (30-50 grams dry).

Salvinorin A (the major active principal of the plant Salvia divinorum) is an extremely powerful consciousness-altering compound. When the herb Salvia divinorum is consumed either by smoking the dried leaf or chewing the fresh leaves the effects are usually (but not always) pleasant and interesting, this is because when used this way the amount of Salvinorin A absorbed into the blood stream is usually very small and in the case of the chewed leaves it is absorbed into the blood stream very gradually.
Like all trips that varies with the individual, set, and setting as well as dose and route of administration. Salvia produces a short-lived inebriation that is very different from that of alcohol. However, like alcohol it interferes with the ability to drive, produces incordination, and may produce slurred speech. The inebriation at low doses can resemble that of marihuana in certain ways. At higher doses resemblance's to hallucinogenic states such as LSD and Psilocybin produce occur. At still higher doses there may be resemblance's to dissociate states such as ketamine produces. As the qualities of the intoxication will vary with increasing dose, it is useful to have a scale to describe Salvia trips.
S-A-L-V-I-A Trip Rating Scale
Level -1 "S stands for SUBTLE effects." A feeling that 'something' is happening, although it is difficulty to say just what. Relaxation and increased sensual appreciation may be noted. This mild level is useful for meditation and may facilitate sexual pleasure.
Level - 2 "A stands for ALTERED perception." Colors and textures are paid attention to. Appreciation of music may be enhanced. Space may appear of greater or lesser depth than is usual. But visions do not occur at this level. Thinking becomes less logical, and more playful; short term memory difficulties are may be noted.
Level - 3 "L stands for LIGHT visionary state." Closed eye visuals (clear imagery with eyes closed: fractal patterns, vine-like and geometric patterns, visions of objects and designs). The imagery is often two dimensional. If open eyed visual effects occur these are usually vague and fleeting. At this level phenomena similar to the hypnagogic phenomena that some people experience at sleep onset occur. At this level visions are experienced as 'eye candy' but are not confused with reality.
Level - 4 "V stands for VIVID visionary state." Complex three dimensional realistic appearing scenes occur. Sometimes voices may be heard. With eyes open contact with consensual reality will not be entirely lost, but when you close your eyes you may forget about consensus reality and enter completely into a dreamlike scene. Shamanistic journeying to other lands, foreign or imaginary; encounters with beings, entities, spirits; or travels to other ages may occur. You may even live the life of another person. At this level you have entered the shaman's world. Or if you prefer you are in ''dream time'. With eyes closed you experience fantasies (dream like happenings, with a story line to them). So long as your eyes are closed you may believe they are really occurring. This differs from the 'eye candy' closed eye imagery, of level 3.
Level - 5 "I stands for IMMATERIAL existence." At this level consciousness remains and some though processes are still lucid, but one becomes completely involved in inner experience and looses all contact with consensual reality. Individuality may be lost; one experiences merging with God/dess, mind, universal consciousness, or bizarre fusions with other objects real or imagined, e.g. merging with a wall may be experienced. At this level it is impossible to function in consensual reality, but unfortunately some people do not remain still but move around in this befuddled state. To the person experiencing this, the phenomenon may be terrifying or exceedingly pleasant; but to an outside observer the individual may appear confused or disoriented.

Usage:
(1) Seeds are removed from pods,
(2) White layer is scraped or singed from seed coat
(3a) Seeds are ground and consumed or

Material:

Corynanthe Yohimbe. Family Rubiaceae (madder family).

Material:
The inner bark of a tropical West African tree.
Usage /dose:
6-10 teaspoons of shaved bark boiled 10 minutes in 1 pint water, strained and sipped slowly. Addition of 500 mg vitamin C per cup make it take effect more quickly and potently (probably by forming easily assimilated ascorbates of the alkaloids).
Active Constituents:
Yohimbine, yohimbiline, ajmaline (indole-type alkaloids).
Effects:
First effects after 30 minutes (15 minutes with vitamin C), warm, pleasant spinal shiver, followed by psychic stimulation, heightening of emotional and sexual feelings, mild perceptual changes without hallucinations, sometimes spontaneous erections. Sexual activity is especially pleasurable. Feelings of bodies melting into one another. Total experience lasts 2-4 hours. After effects: pleasant, relaxed feeling with no hangover.
Contraindications:
Tannins and alkaloids make tea somewhat bitter and unpleasant. Addition of honey may help. Slight nausea may be experience by some individuals during 30 minutes. Vitamin C lessens this.
Note!
Yohimbe is a MAO-inhibitor. This means that it may amplify the impact of many (prescription and recreational) drugs. So, do not take Yohimbe in combination with alcohol or other drugs.
9808 More on Ephedra
To order ephedra based products see sections 0500 and 0600. Chinese Ephedra or Ma Huang is a powerful herb that has been used in Chinese medicine for at least 5,000 years. It is the herb from which scientists have extracted ephedrine--one of the most effective drugs known for the treatment of asthma, allergies, and sinus problems. Ephedrine is what is found in most over the counter weight loss remedies and within a popular drug which is illegal in some American states called Mini-thins. Occasionally, Ma Huang has been mixed with other stimulants to get a combination of drugs to get high, this is highly not reccomended, and has been attributed to at least one cardiovascular accident that has resulted in death. Lack of knowledge caused political groups in several American states to get Ephedra banned. Nebraska is one which has put a ban on Ephedra, where as Ohio, who recently did have a ban, decided to lift it due to people coming forth.
Folk History
Ephedra's folk names (and this is probably a combination of Western and Chinese folk names) include Desert Tea, Desert Herb, Morman Tea, Squaw Tea, and Whorehouse Tea. The name Morman Tea originated with the use of the tea by Mormans who used it as a replacement stimulant for the coffee and black tea they couldn't drink. Ephedra tea was served in brothels in the 1800's because it had been claimed to cure gonorrhea and syphilis. Do not try this remedy these days, though, it didn't work.
Medicinal Value
Ephedra has been used extensively for the treatment of asthma, and also as a natural decongestant and antihistamine. It has become a very popular ingredient in herbal combinations for allergies and hay fever. Since it is a stimulant which increases the metabolism and increases body temperature, it has been used to control weight and to help prevent sleep. One of the side-effects of increased metabolism is an increased pulse rate and a slight elevation in blood pressure. Ephedra is not recommended for people with high blood pressure, heart problems or thyroid problems. Even though producers of the product have put the warings on the labels, there have been a few unfortunate cases where an overdose has occured due to disreagard of the dosage recomendations. A total of eight accidents have resulted in death. Despite these events, Ephedra has an excellent safety record considering the large number of people who have used the herb. Especicaly when compared to Aspirin, because 20,000 Americans die each year from taking aspirin and aspirin substitutes.) When used properly the herb is as safe or safer than most over-the-counter medications. Just to make a point about how stimulating this herb can be, Epinephrine (pronounced eh-pin-ef-rin)(a word rooted from Ephedra)is another name for adrenaline. Ephedrine is a powerful stimulant. In fact, it's molecular structure is close to methamphetamine(speed). Ephedra can produce a positive urine test for amphetamines (speed). Some other medicinal uses of Ephedra include the decreasion of cigarette cravings, promotion of mensturation, and promotion of uterine contractions.
Harvesting and Growing
Ephedra plants grow very slowly and are not easy to raise. In Northern America it grows well in the South West United States and Mexico. Ephedra prefers dry soil and full sun and can be collected in any season, it flowers in early summer. When havesting, place large branches in a light-resistant bag (not plastic), and keep in hot place (sun, near a heater) until dry.
Dosage
The Chinese version (Ma Huang) containes significantly more ephidrine than the american. It is the Chinese version that is recommended for medicinal use. Take Ephedra as a decoction or tincture. Decoction: 2 cups/day. Tincture: 1/4-1 tsp. up to 3 x's a day. Make a tea from the dry branches in with 1tsp per 1 pint water 5-20 minutes.
Warnings
Causes insomnia and dry mouth. Do not use if pregnant unless trying to promote birth. Causes uterine contractions and early mensturation.

MORNING GLORY (Ipomoea violacea)
This is the main active ingredient in Shamans Dance, and is one of the few truly hallucinogenic substances that remain without legal controls. The main reason for its continued legal status is that it is an extremely popular and attractive plant.
It is the seeds of this plant, which contain the active constituents, and in this products the seeds of the 'Heavenly Blue' plant is used, which is the strongest variety.
The active constituents are D-lysergic acid (which is an LSD derivative,) and ergometrine. The result, primarily of the presence of the D-lysergic acid amide, is a mild LSD like experience, which may last in excess of 6 hours.
The experience is characterized by pleasant LSD like sensations, including changes in perception, the brightening of colours and macroscopia (size changes.)
Similar to LSD and Magic Mushrooms, some slight feelings of nausea may be experienced shortly after ingestion, however these feelings pass, and sirium oxilate is included to reduce these effects. Persons with a history of hepatitis or other liver disorders should not take lysergic acid amides. Ergometrine has uterus-stimulating properties and should not be taken by pregnant women.
HAWAIIAN BABY WOODROSE (Argyrha Nervosa)
This is the seeds found within round pods found on the Hawaiian Baby Woodrose plant, a climbing plant found in Asian and Hawaiian forests.
Its active constituent is d-Lysergic acid amine, which like the D-lysergic acid amide found in the Morning Glory, is a LSD like hallucinogen. It also contains other similar LSA compounds, although in a lesser concentration. It provides an LSD like experience, punctuated by extreme lethargy, and tranquil feelings, that can last up more than 12 hours. Once again this should not be taken by pregnant women or anyone with a history of liver disorders.
GABA [Gamma Amino Butyric Acid]
GABA is again a naturally occurring amino acid. It is found in both the brain and the body. It is one of a class of inhibitory neurotransmitters that include serotonin. Although it is classed as an inhibitor rather than a stimulator its definition is only one of electrochemical activity in the brain and should not be interpreted as a downer or sedative - just the term neurotransmitter defines its ability as a natural substance that helps nerve impulses cross synapses and communicate with one another.
GABA usage will stimulate the release by the pituitary gland of Human Growth Hormone (HGH) (or Growth Hormone (GH)) which is naturally released by the body when it undergoes vigorous peak muscular exercise, during certain phases of sleep, or restricted food intake. GH stimulates growth and repair of the body as well as the activities of the immune system. The immune system is run down by excess exercise without the proper nutrition. GH also helps the body burn fat and convert it into energy and muscle and aids in wound healing and tissue repair. GH is widely known for its powerful anabolic (muscle building) effects as well as its lipotropic (breakdown and utilisation of body fat) effects. The overall result of these effects is an increase in lean tissue mass and a decrease in body fat. Finally, stimulating naturally the levels of GH leads to greater feelings of energy and vigour.
Additionally, GABA has been shown to have positive toning effects on the nervous system, to improve sleep cycles leading to more restful sleep and more interesting lucid dreaming, to have a powerful stabilising effect on blood pressure and to be an effective analgesic (removing the perception of pain).
Many of these effects are also to be gained by other components of the supplement and are thus reinforced. The dosage is low as the components are working together and there is a natural overall effect of body stimulation leading to more energy.
Sida Cordifolia
This is the main stimulant used in Shamans Dance. Sida cordifolia extract gives a stimulation of the central nervous system (CNS), similar to speed (but to a lesser extent,) along with the excitation of the peripheral nervous system, that is far greater than that associated with Speed. This peripheral activity is what gives the rushes and the tingling of the skin and hair. The non-amphetamine nature of Sida cordifolia assures that the overall effects are markedly different from those associated with Speed and other abused Amphetamines.
GUARANA (Paullinia cupana)
Guarana contains caffeine and other methylxanthines. Caffeine is a CNS stimulants. The other methylxanthines (the major two being theobromine and theophylline) have similar but slightly differing effects and strengths from caffeine. Theophylline is present in smaller amounts than caffeine and is a greater diuretic, more toxic, and is less speedy although it has a stronger effect on the heart and breathing (medicinally it is used for treating asthma, bronchitis and emphysema). Theobromine is a considerably weaker stimulant than caffeine - approximately 10% - and its major effects are on the kidneys, as a diuretic, and it is practically devoid of toxicity.
There is additional information about caffeine which is also generally true for its relatives theobromine and theophylline. The use of caffeine does not produce a very strong tolerance, thus the repeated use of Guarana will produce roughly the same effect each time it is taken. Tolerance does build up but it never gets high. This fact is obvious as if there was a tolerance then the millions of coffee drinkers around the world would certainly be in lots of trouble. Caffeine has been shown to improve the performance of people involved in stamina training. The improvements are low in order, around the 2-5% mark but these are never the less significant and this effect is of use here as a proven aid to those involved in stamina exercise i.e. long bouts of dancing. Also, caffeine has been shown to help in the mobilisation of fat within the body which is important for energy supply during sub-maximal exercise (stamina and hard sweating exercise) and thus can be inferred to imply a use (aid) in the process of reducing subcutaneous fat (slimming). The hit off guarana is smooth and very pleasant with no caffeine related side effects. The reasons for this are that the percentage of caffeine is low (approx. 5%), there are numerous components present that interact with similar receptors in the body and there are more than likely several other unknown components present that effect the body in more interesting and exotic ways? Basically guarana is a natural source of caffeine, that is, and has been used for a long time with no known addictive or harmful effects. The overall effect is stimulation and increased awareness. Balanced out with other herbs it works well.
