Question about use

I was looking at the joints that contained Damiana, Passionflower, Absinth, Skullcap, Catmint. I was wondering if I would get the same effects as smoking this mix by making a tea out of it. Will the effect change?

You would need more than 1 joint to make a decent cup of tea. The herbs will dissove slower and the effect will be milder but last longer
