Which bit to eat?

Hi, I've been growing my own Thai Cubensis mushrooms but do I eat the cap bit or the whole lot including the stork?



Also, are these Dwarf Thai Cubensis? When Should I pick them?

You can eat the whole mushrooms and you need to pick them before the cap of the mushrooms opens,

they look like normal stropharia cubensis msuhrooms but it is hard to say looking at this picture,
