Propylene glycol (PG)
PG and nicotine create a throat hit, that feeling you get when the vapour from your e-cig hits the back of your throat. It’s similar to the feeling you get from smoking a cigarette. The more PG or nicotine in an e-liquid, the stronger the throat hit. PG e-liquid is thinner, suitable for e-cigarettes and pod systems with a coil resistance of 1 ohm and higher (+1Ω)

Vegetable glycerine (VG)
VG e-liquid is thicker, more viscous than PG e-liquid. High VG e-liquids are suitable for high wattage e-cigarettes and pod systems with a low coil resistance, sub-ohm (-1Ω). Higher VG ratios produce thicker clouds. High VG e-liquids with low nicotine provide a much smoother vape experience with little to no throat hit.
