Liberty Haze is the offspring of two esteemed strains, G13 and ChemDawg91. G13’s origin story is the stuff of cannabis lore and ChemDawg 91, a hybrid of mysterious origin, is among the most exclusive ChemDawg varieties. By breeding two top-drawer strains, Barney’s Farm created this widely sought after, fast flowering sativa dominant hybrid. Liberty Haze has won multiple prizes: 1st place overall at the High Times Cannabis Cup in 2011 and 2nd place for best Sativa at the Amsterdam Unity Cup in 2015.

Feminised Traits
Feminised seeds are specifically bred to produce all female plants. Purchasing high-quality genetics from reputable seedbanks is highly recommended, this diminishes your chances of finding male or hermaphrodite plants among your crop. Feminised plants, contrary to autoflowers, depend on the photoperiod to flower. In the early growing stage feminised marijuana plants need 18 hours of daylight and 6 hours of darkness. The plants start the flowering period at the end of the summer (usually August) as the days become shorter and the amount of sunlight diminishes (12 hours of daylight and 12 hours of darkness). Compared to autoflowering seeds, feminised seeds have the following advantages:

  1. Plants are usually taller/more robust
  2. Higher yield
  3. Higher potency than autoflowering plants
  4. Possibility to extend the growing stage/develop mother plants

Fragrance & Flavour
Liberty Haze’s unique woody lime aroma is unmistakable. The taste is skunky and earthy with a trace of tangy lime creating a tropical vibe.

Effects
Liberty Haze is an easy going strain great for social occasions. The strain's fast acting, long lasting cerebral high will leave you feeling euphoric but relaxed. You can count on a serious case of the giggles.

Growing Characteristics
Liberty Haze has a fast flowering time of 8 to 9 weeks, a trait passed down by parent strain ChemDawg91. The plant displays both indica and sativa characteristics growing to a medium height but making up for it in girth in the final weeks. Liberty Haze is a high-yielder producing long, thick colas. Grown in the correct conditions, some plants can produce buds where every calyx displays a beautiful red and purple hue.
