A friend of mine said that lots of sugar should help to get the effect down alittle bit but I have never tried this out and dont know if it works for real. Like valium would calm the effect down... only I wouldnt recommend that sh*t unless really necessary.
sugar is a good option and vitamine C helps against a bad trip, I,ve your feeling that it's going to be to much for you, just take care that you have these things with you,
