Could magic mushrooms cause you to have such aniexy that you die? Cause i swear i allmost did, ice cold hands sweating, thoughts jumpn to jumpn, couldnt even watch the movie, just blah

In theory I suppose you could give yourself a heart attack if you get too anxious but only if you have heart problems in the first place. If you're healthy then no, you can't.

The thing is, if you get palpitations from anxiety and you start thinking that you're going to die you're going to get more anxious and you're heart will pump even faster and so on and so on...
