hello to all u tripin dude and dudbets. Ive been thinking about triping out on shrooms, but i dunno how much i should take for a first timer. Help me, im 5' 8' and 140pounds if that helps?!

What would really help, is if u tell us what species of shroom u r contemplating... some of the UK varieties, you need huge quantities, compared to, for example, P. subauriginosa from Australia... more info' required to properly answer your question !!!
