De Sjamaan Microdosing Pack offers an easy to way to microdose, following a strict schedule. Dose on specific days followed by periods of rest. Consume a 1 gram dose every third or fourth day, ideally in the morning. Chew well! If it’s your first time microdosing, start with 0.5 grams to test your sensitivity.

• Day 1: Take 1 dose (1 gram). Effects will be at their peak.
• Day 2: Do not take a dose. You’re still experiencing the positive effects of psilocybin.
• Day 3: You’re still experiencing the positive effects. This third day allows your psilocybin tolerance to reset.
• Day 4: Take 1 dose (1 gram).

Repeat for several weeks or until you notice positive effects on mood, productivity, focus and/or social interactions. We recommend taking a break after 10 weeks of microdosing to fully reset tolerance and diminish the chances of experiencing adverse side effects.
