Capsule Machine 00 automatically joins and ejects 24 size 00 capsules in minutes. Make your own high-quality herbal blends with legal herbs like Guarana or Saw Palmetto. Encapsulate herbal extracts or CBD oils. The Capsule Machine comes with a tamper tool, top, base, stand, spreader card and reusable drying (desiccant) bag. Everything you need except the capsules! Capsule Machine is not intended for use with illegal substances.

Capsule Machine Size 00
Each Capsule Machine only works with one capsule size. Size 00 capsules hold between 480 – 950 mg depending on the density and fineness of the material. Check the weight of the material beforehand using an accurate scale, then weigh 24 empty capsules. Compare the weight of the empty capsules with the weight when full. Only need a small amount? Mix with a filler ingredient like milk powder or rice powder.

Filling with CBD Oil
Create your own CBD capsules. Use a dropper to fill the capsules individually. Store filled capsules at a cool temperature; this will make most liquids thicker, reducing the chance of leakage when the body and the top of the capsule are joined together. Water causes capsules to soften and dissolve. Any capsules filled with a liquid that contains water must be ingested immediately.

Capsule Jamming
Capsules absorb moisture and expand. Even new capsules can jam in The Capsule Machine when they’re affected by humidity. If your capsules are jamming when joining, place the capsules in an airtight storage container with the included desiccant bag for at least 24 hours.

Note: The Capsule Machine is made in the USA of two BPA-free plastics, ABS and Delrin Acetal. Clean the Capsule Machine with hot soapy water. Some powders may stain the plastic surface.
