How to order

  1. To add a product to your shopping cart just select the amount desired and click the 'Add to Cart' button.
  2. To view and/or modify the products in your shopping cart, simply click the 'View Cart' button on the left side of the popup or click the shopping cart icon at the top right of the webpage and select ‘View Cart’ from the drop down menu.
  3. Click ‘Proceed to checkout’ after reviewing the products in your shopping cart. Sign-in to your account or create a new account if this is your first order. Enter a shipping address, choose a shipping method, and enter your payment information. Review the order information and don’t forget to apply any Gift Cards and/or promotional codes you want to use. Click the ‘Submit my order’ button.
  4. If you have selected an online payment method, you will be forwarded to your payment processor. After completion, you will be automatically redirected to our site.
    Within a few minutes you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. If you have selected an offline payment method, the contents of the e-mail will explain how to further complete payment.

Shipping

Shipments are packaged discretely and sent out swiftly, with the utmost care. You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped.
We offer the following shipping methods:

  1. UPS express
    Fast international shipments. Shipping costs start at €25. Price and delivery time depending upon location. Mostly 1 day.
  2. UPS express saver
    Fast international shipments. Shipping costs start at €20. Price and delivery time depending upon location. Mostly 1-2 days.
  3. UPS Standard
    International Shipments. Shipping costs start at €10.75Price and delivery time depending upon location. Mostly 1-6 days. 
  4. PostNL EPS
    European shipments. All parcels are insured, with the exception of fresh products. Shipping costs start at €15. Delivery time depends upon location. Mostly 2-5 days.
  5. PostNL 
    All parcels are insured(within EU, Switzerland and USA), with the exception of fresh products. Shipping costs start at €5.80. Delivery time 1-15 days depending upon location. 1 working day delivery time within The Netherlands.

Considerations:
After payment is received, we will ship either the same (working) day or the next. (provided that all products are in stock) The time bank transfers take to reach us is dependent on your bank.
Fresh goods are shipped to international destinations from Monday to Wednesday.
Fresh goods are shipped to domestic destinations from Monday to Thursday.
If for some reason your order does not arrive, we will start an investigation at the postal service. If your parcel is lost then we will resend your order. If your order is stopped by customs, then we cannot replace it. 

Shipping Restrictions
We will not send products to locations where these are restricted. For this reason we have shipping restrictions listed at product pages. Such products are automatically removed from your order.
