Afhalen
Om een bestelling te plaatsen en af te halen in één van onze winkels volg je de volgende stappen:
- 1.Voeg producten toe aan uw winkelwagen.
- 2.Ga naar de checkout.
- 3.Log in of registreer.
- 4.Selecteer als verzendmethode Ophalen/Pickup in Winkel Arnhem of Nijmegen.
- 5.Betaal bij voorkeur online. Indien dit niet mogelijk is, selecteer dan betaalmethode Pin In Winkel of Cash(In Store).
- 6.Voltooi je order.
Na plaatsen van je bestelling wordt je gebeld om je te laten weten hoe laat je bestelling klaarstaat. Vaak kan je direct terecht.
Gelieve te wachten bij de deur en geef je naam en ordernummer aan de verkoper. Indien je gekozen hebt voor betaling in de winkel kan je nu per pin of contact betalen.
Indien je graag hulp wilt hebben of vragen heb, dan kan je ons bereiken via 085-0130600. Kies dan voor keuze 'winkels' en dan voor de winkel die je wilt spreken.
Pickup
To place an order and pick it up in one of our stores, please follow the following steps:
- Add products to your cart.
- Go to checkout.
- Login or register an account.
- Select one of the following shipping methods: 'Ophalen/Pickup in Winkel Arnhem' OR 'Ophalen/Pickup in Winkel Nijmegen'. Depending on which store you want to visit..
- Select a payment method of your choice. If possible then please pay online. If this is not possible for you, then select either 'Pin In Winkel' or 'Cash(In Store)'
- Complete your order.
After your order is placed, we will call you to inform you about the time of pickup. Often the order can be picked up immediately.
Please wait at the door and give our staff your order number and your name. If you have opted for offline payment, then you can pay for your order now.
If you would like help or have any questions, then please call us at +31850130600. In the call menu please select the option 'Stores' followed by the specific store location you want to order from.
