Cancelling your order
You can cancel an order that has not been shipped without any additional cost. If the order has not yet been paid, there’s no need to cancel it. If your order has been paid for then please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has already been shipped out then you can refuse the delivery and it will be returned to us. Please contact us as soon as possible, so that we can take care of the cancellation.
If you are not fully satisfied with the order, you can return the product to us within 14 days. Returned products need to be sent back to us accompanied by a filled out returns form. Contact us to arrange this. We cannot take back fresh products or used products. You have 14 days cooling off period to notify that you would like to return the order. After receiving the return form, you have another 14 days to return the products to us. You will then be credited with the total amount, including shipping costs. The shipping costs for returning the goods from your home to us are for your own account. We will give a refund within 14 days after receipt of your cancellation and receiving the returned goods in good order.
It's not possible to cancel your order and return products in the following cases:
- Perishable goods. (plants, magic truffles or mushroom growkits, etc.)
- Consumables without seal or other products with broken seal. (including tobacco)
- Goods that cannot be returned for health protection and hygienic reasons. (vaporizers, e-cigs, pipes, bongs, etc.)
- Goods with residu of controlled substances.
- Opened or leaking corrosive materials or gas. (reagent test kits, pipe cleaners, lighter gas)
- Goods with burns, breaks, smells, or other usage damage. Please see our Warrantee page for warrantee coverage)
- The purchase was made in one of our stores.
- Other exceptions by law.
Damaged during transit
We package all shipments with great care and do our best to get your order to you in excellent condition. There is still a small chance that a product can be damaged in transit. We apologize sincerely for any inconvenience this may cause. In case of damage, please Contact us with your order number, a photo of the damaged product and a clear description of the problem. Returned products need to be accompanied by a filled out returns form.
Defective Products
If a product becomes defective within the warranty period, you can return the product to us for repair. If we cannot fix the product then we will replace it. Please read our Warranty policy beforehand.
If the defective product is covered by our warranty policy then please Contact us. We will email you a form with further instructions and an address label to attach to your package. Returned products need to be accompanied by a filled out returns form.
