Using the Ehrlich reagent, all indoles produce a purple colour reaction. If the drug is absorbed into blotter paper, the reaction may take several minutes. Easy Drug Testing Kits
EZ drug testing kits use a chemical reagent absorbed in silica gel held inside a glass ampoule. The included information sheet and colour chart correspond to the substances. The colour inside the glass ampoule changes indicating the test result. EZ Test’s single-use drug tests deliver reliable and consistent results within seconds. However, a positive or negative reaction for a substance does not mean that a drug is safe. No drug use is ever 100% safe. Make good decisions. Stay informed.

Instructions
When a sample is added to the chemicals inside the ampoule, if a reaction occurs a colour change will take place. Compare this colour to the colour chart. The colour indicates what the sample could be.

1. Crack open the ampoule
2. Insert a small amount of the sample
3. Put the plastic lid on. Shake gently back and forth
4. Compare the colour change to the chart
5. After testing dispose of the ampoule and sample safely.

Note
When testing blotter paper, the colour of the reaction in the glass ampoule will probably not be as vibrant as when using a more concentrated sample in the form of crystals, powder or liquid. If the sample contains LSD and other indoles, the colour will show up! Give it at least 5 minutes.
