Pink Lotus’ active ingredients include apomorphine alkaloids nuciferine and nornuciferine, kaempferol an alkaloid with mild MAOI properties, as well as l-tryptophan. The main bioactive ingredient is neferine, an alkaloid that appears to be unique to Nelumbo nucifera. Studies on neferine indicate potent mood-boosting and sedative properties.
Effect
Pink Lotus 50X Extract is sedative, calming and relaxing. Pink Lotus offers a very euphoric, meditative experience. Like Blue Lotus 20X Extract, this potent Pink Lotus 50X Extract pairs very well with red wine.
Dosage
0.1 grams is a standard dose per person. Dissolve in a cup of hot water and drink. Or, soak 0.1 grams of the Pink Lotus extract in a bottle of red wine for several hours. Pink Lotus is much sweeter than Blue Lotus, but adding more of the extract will make the wine bitter and difficult to drink. Add to a joint, pipe or vaporize.
