What is Wild lettuce?
Wild Lettuce or Lactuca virosa is a plant that can grow up to two meters high and found in many parts of the world. The plant is native to Europe (mainly England and Ireland). Wild Lettuce has an ancient history of ritualistic use. The first documented use is believed to be by the Egyptians, dating back to 4500 B.C. Lactuca virosa contains the sedative sesquiterpene bitter substance lactucine, lactupicrine along with other guaianolides.

Dosage
