Banana Punch Fem is an exceptional strain brought to you by Barney’s master breeding program. Easy to grow, providing heavy yields and exhibiting breathtaking colours, this terpene-rich sweet banana strain offers head-to-toe calming effects.

Feminised Traits
Feminised seeds are specifically bred to produce all female plants. Purchasing high-quality genetics from reputable seedbanks is highly recommended, this diminishes your chances of finding male or hermaphrodite plants among your crop. Feminised plants, contrary to autoflowers, depend on the photoperiod to flower. In the early growing stage feminised marijuana plants need 18 hours of daylight and 6 hours of darkness. The plants start the flowering period at the end of the summer (usually August) as the days become shorter and the amount of sunlight diminishes (12 hours of daylight and 12 hours of darkness). Compared to autoflowering seeds, feminised seeds have the following advantages:

  1. Plants are usually taller/more robust
  2. Higher yield
  3. Higher potency than autoflowering plants
  4. Possibility to extend the growing stage/develop mother plants

Fragrance & Flavour
Banana Punch Fem bud smells like ripe bananas with a smacking of sweet and sour citrus. Her dominant terpenes are limonene, pinene, myrcene and caryophyllene. The citrus tropical fruit flavour compliments the earthy and ripe sweet banana wallop this strain is named for perfectly. The toke is smooth and sweet. Sometimes it doesn’t hurt to take a punch!

Effects
Banana Punch Fem’s calming buzz builds over time. Slowly thoughts clear away, leading into total mind and body relaxation. Any stress or bodily tensions fade, allowing a relaxed and creative state to emerge. Banana Punch Fem is a great strain to help you unwind after a long day.

Growing Characteristics
Easy to grow, Banana Punch Feminised rolls with the punches; she’s highly adaptable to various growing conditions in cool, hot and temperate climates. The strong, sturdy plant with plenty of branching will reach maturity towards the end of September. Her Purple Punch parentage means she’ll display beautiful colours; leaves range from deep purple to a vibrant mix of greens. Nug clusters are coated in golden resinous trichomes interspersed by amber-orange pistil hairs. Hobby growers can expect a trichome-heavy harvest.
