Black D.O.G. Feminized (Humboldt)

She’s the offspring of classic northern Californian strains Blackberry Kush and Emerald Headband (composed of Emerald OG and the original 70s strain California Sour Diesel). Feminised Traits
Feminised seeds are specifically bred to produce all female plants. Purchasing high-quality genetics from reputable seedbanks is highly recommended, this diminishes your chances of finding male or hermaphrodite plants among your crop. Feminised plants, contrary to autoflowers, depend on the photoperiod to flower. In the early growing stage feminised marijuana plants need 18 hours of daylight and 6 hours of darkness. The plants start the flowering period at the end of the summer (usually August) as the days become shorter and the amount of sunlight diminishes (12 hours of daylight and 12 hours of darkness). Compared to autoflowering seeds, feminised seeds have the following advantages:

1. Plants are usually taller/more robust
2. Higher yield
3. Higher potency than autoflowering plants
4. Possibility to extend the growing stage/develop mother plants

Fragrance & Flavour
Black D.O.G. emits an incredibly exotic aroma, a mixture of grapes, wild berries and Diesel-fuel. Flavour wise grape, pine and berry notes dominate accompanied by strong oil-fuel undertones

Effects
Initially cerebral and stimulating, the effects turn into intense physical relaxation as the high wears on. At first, you’ll feel a cerebral rush, but soon the physically relaxing effects join the mix finishing off with an intense body high that’ll keep you glued to the couch.

Growing Characteristics
Because of her impressive genetic lineage, Black D.O.G. is a tough, fast growing plant. Black D.O.G. feminised seeds grow into medium-tall plants. As plants start flowering, they’ll stretch to around 30% of their vegetative height. Her fan-shaped leaves allow light to reach every part of the plant.

Black D.O.G. oozes quality, and thanks to a short flowering stage, plants are less susceptible to moulds, fungi and other diseases. Growers of all experiences will be able to achieve impressive yields.

In the final stages of her natural lifespan, Black D.O.G. Feminised will display purple almost black hues. These dark colours combined with shimmering layers of trichomes make her a true cannabis gem.
