Himalaya Gold’s roots can be traced to two landrace strains, sativa strain Nepalese and North Indian, a pure indica from the Kashmir region. Himalaya Gold is an award-winning (1997 1st place Bio High Times Cannabis Cup) indica dominant strain that thrives in sunny regions, and thanks to her lineage is highly tolerant of cooler climates.

Feminised Traits
Feminised seeds are specifically bred to produce all female plants. Purchasing high-quality genetics from reputable seedbanks is highly recommended, this diminishes your chances of finding male or hermaphrodite plants among your crop. Feminised plants, contrary to autoflowers, depend on the photoperiod to flower. In the early growing stage, feminised marijuana plants need 18 hours of daylight and 6 hours of darkness. The plants start the flowering period at the end of the summer (usually August) as the days become shorter and the amount of sunlight diminishes (12 hours of daylight and 12 hours of darkness). Compared to autoflowering seeds, feminised seeds have the following advantages:
