She’s the offspring of 215 Super Bud bred with an F3 Emerald Headband male, backcrossed for three generations before being bred with an elite Emerald True OG. Lemon Kush Headband Fem retains all of the best traits from her lineage.

Feminised Traits
Feminised seeds are specifically bred to produce all female plants. Purchasing high-quality genetics from reputable seedbanks is highly recommended, this diminishes your chances of finding male or hermaphrodite plants among your crop. Feminised plants, contrary to autoflowers, depend on the photoperiod to flower. In the early growing stage feminised marijuana plants need 18 hours of daylight and 6 hours of darkness. The plants start the flowering period at the end of the summer (usually August) as the days become shorter and the amount of sunlight diminishes (12 hours of daylight and 12 hours of darkness). Compared to autoflowering seeds, feminised seeds have the following advantages:

Growing Characteristics
Lemon Kush Headband is a tall strain that yields compact, diamond-shaped citrusy bud. She performs well both indoors and outdoors. Outdoors the feminised strain thrives in temperate and Mediterranean climates. Like all of Humboldt’s elite strains, Lemon Kush Headband is highly resistant to moulds and pests throughout her life cycle, and she’ll develop a strong root system.

To achieve the best possible yields, give her plenty of room and allow for plenty of time in the vegetative state for her to grow into a giant. A shorter vegetative state will impact her height and final yield, though you’ll still get heavier yields than with most other Kush strain. In her final state, she’ll display beautiful orange, red and purple hues, and her citrusy buds will glisten under a layer of trichomes.
