O.G. Kush Feminized (Royal Queen Seeds)

O.G. Kush has a mythical reputation and is one of the most sought after strains. Presumably a crossbreed of Chemdawg, Lemon Thai and Pakistani Kush, O.G. Kush is to this day one of the most iconic cannabis strains despite its murky origins. Some say O.G. stands for “Original Gangster”, a nod to West Coast Gangster Rappers like Cypress Hill who popularised the strain but most say O.G. stands for Ocean Grown.

Feminised Traits
Feminised seeds are specifically bred to produce all female plants. Purchasing high-quality genetics from reputable seedbanks is highly recommended, this diminishes your chances of finding male or hermaphrodite plants among your crop. Feminised plants, contrary to autoflowers, depend on the photoperiod to flower. In the early growing stage feminised marijuana plants need 18 hours of daylight and 6 hours of darkness. The plants start the flowering period at the end of the summer (usually August) as the days become shorter and the amount of sunlight diminishes (12 hours of daylight and 12 hours of darkness). Compared to autoflowering seeds, feminised seeds have the following advantages:

3. Higher potency than autoflowering plants
4. Possibility to extend the growing stage/develop mother plants
