Skunk XL Feminized (Royal Queen Seeds)

Skunk is a classic hybrid, the basis of many modern strains. Royal Queen revamped the iconic Skunk strain for a higher yielding variety dubbing her Skunk XL.

Feminised Traits
Feminised seeds are specifically bred to produce all female plants. Purchasing high-quality genetics from reputable seedbanks is highly recommended, this diminishes your chances of finding male or hermaphrodite plants among your crop. Feminised plants, contrary to autoflowers, depend on the photoperiod to flower. In the early growing stage feminised marijuana plants need 18 hours of daylight and 6 hours of darkness. The plants start the flowering period at the end of the summer (usually August) as the days become shorter and the amount of sunlight diminishes (12 hours of daylight and 12 hours of darkness). Compared to autoflowering seeds, feminised seeds have the following advantages:

1. Plants are usually taller/more robust
2. Higher yield
3. Higher potency than autoflowering plants
4. Possibility to extend the growing stage/develop mother plants

Fragrance & Flavour
Skunk emits a pungent skunky aroma as she flowers. The inhale is sweet and slightly fruity with earthy undertones.

Skunk XL Fem’s effects are well balanced. A pleasurable cerebral buzz slowly gives way full body relaxation.
