Feminised Traits
Feminised seeds are specifically bred to produce all female plants. Purchasing high-quality genetics from reputable seedbanks is highly recommended, this diminishes your chances of finding male or hermaphrodite plants among your crop. Feminised plants, contrary to autoflowers, depend on the photoperiod to flower. In the early growing stage feminised marijuana plants need 18 hours of daylight and 6 hours of darkness. The plants start the flowering period at the end of the summer (usually August) as the days become shorter and the amount of sunlight diminishes (12 hours of daylight and 12 hours of darkness). Compared to autoflowering seeds, feminised seeds have the following advantages:

  1. Plants are usually taller/more robust
  2. Higher yield
  3. Higher potency than autoflowering plants
  4. Possibility to extend the growing stage/develop mother plants

Fragrance & Flavour
Mouthwatering champion strain Biscotti Mintz’s flavour displays kush notes with a hint of chocolate chip cookies and a heaping of creamy mint. The inhale is smooth and creamy with spicy notes, a delicious aroma that lingers on the tongue. In Biscotti Mintz Feminised, limonene, caryophyllene, and eucalyptol terpenes blend together for a distinctive flavour experience.

Effects
Biscotti Mintz Fem offers a high that starts to build from the first hit. Heady and highly creative, you’ll feel focused yet relaxed. The energising body high creeps up slowly as stress and worries fade to the background. Biscotti Mintz is an excellent strain for those looking for a calming and relaxing experience while still keeping their energy levels up. The feminised cannabis strain is great for social situations or a pick me up after a long tiring day.

Growing Characteristics
Indica dominant Biscotti Mintz tends to grow bushy, about average in size. During the blooming phase, she’ll start to show more and more of her colour potential as trichome production goes off the scale. The feminised cannabis strain is predominantly deep purple, with the leaves taking on beautiful hues from purple to orange to green during the final days. Her dark green nugs feature striking purple highlights interspersed by long orange pistillate hairs. When grown outdoors, Biscotti Mintz feminised cannabis plants will be ready for harvest in the first and second week of October. Keep that in mind if you’re growing her in colder and rainier climates.
