Yes. Every Clipper lighter like soft flame classic large, mini, micro, metal clipper lighter, or jet flame is refillable with standard butane.
Hold the lighter upside-down. Press the nozzle of a butane refill can into the small inlet valve at the base for two to three seconds until you feel the can push back. Wait a minute for the gas to settle to room temperature, then test.
Use standard butane or isobutane refill gas. Isobutane is cleaner, has fewer impurities, and delivers a steadier flame. Clipper recommends isobutane for their lighters.
Stick to premium butane or isobutane. Avoid mixing different brands in the same lighter.
Pull out the flint system by the wheel. Unscrew the flint system base, remove the spring and the flint. Place a new flint in the tube, insert the spring and screw the Clipper flint base back on. Insert the flint system back into the lighter. Or replace the entire Clipper flint system.
The soft flame classic large clipper gives a yellow, breathing flame that suits blunts, smoking papers, and incense. The clipper jet flame produces a single concentrated blue flame. The flame is hotter, windproof, and the right pick for use outdoors, dabs, salvia or shisha coal.

Empty any leftover gas first by holding the lighter upside-down and pressing the inlet valve with a thin pen until the hissing stops. This is called bleeding. Refill with Premium Gas Butane, hold for three to four seconds, and wait a minute before lighting. If the torch lighter sputters, air is trapped inside the tank or your using unrefined butane. Bleed out the lighter or switch to premium butane.
