What is the Sacred Blue Lotus?

The Blue Lotus, or Nymphaea caerulea, is a sacred water lily with deep historical roots in both Egyptian and Southeast Asian cultures. Its unique effects come from compounds like apomorphine and nuciferine which help you relax and lift your mood.

What to expect from Blue Lotus?

Blue Lotus delivers a calm, euphoric, and relaxing experience. It gently opens your mind and helps you unwind, making it perfect for quiet moments alone or with others. Effects typically begin within 30 minutes and last for 2 to 5 hours, unfolding gradually.

How to use Blue Lotus Flowers

• Tea: Steep 5 grams of crushed flower in warm water for at least 15 minutes. The darker the tea, the more active ingredients are present.
• Red Wine Infusion: Soak 5 grams in red wine for 24–48 hours, then strain.
• Infused Oil: Steep 5-10 grams of crushed flower in a carrier oil (like olive oil) for a few weeks. Strain the oil and add a small amount to your wine. Emerging research suggests that the ancient Egyptians may have first created an infused oil instead of mixing the flowers directly in wine. This method requires more patience.
• Vape: The dry petals can be vaped at 100°C to 125°C, or added to a joint.
