Warranty

The PAX Flow is covered by a 2 Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use from the date of purchase, plus 2 years extended warranty upon registering the device. Register on the Pax website within 30 days of purchase to claim the extended warranty. Please note that normal wear and tear, including batteries and accessories, is not covered. Proof of payment, original packaging, and accessories are needed in case you want to claim warranty on your purchase, so please keep those. Please contact Pax directly for warranty support.
